By accessing and using TimeWise, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of TimeWise per device for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

TimeWise takes data security seriously. We only store basic contact information (phone number and optional name) for scheduling purposes. All data is processed through HIPAA-compliant providers:
We never sell, share, or use patient data for marketing purposes.
TimeWise acts as a data processor for administrative purposes only. We store minimal patient information (Name and Phone Number) required for SMS scheduling. All data is encrypted at rest via Supabase (AWS infrastructure) and transmitted securely via Twilio. We do not store clinical notes or medical records.
Your privacy is protected under our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.
TimeWise is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
In no event shall TimeWise or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising from the use or inability to use TimeWise.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
